I hadn’t really talked to the duck about his life.

He has no teeth, yet he manages to share his story without having trouble with vowels.

He isn’t bothered to ask about why one of my tooth isn’t like the rest.

He swims like a dolphin, dives in and exhales and lifts up with a body expression similar to a winner of fishing challenge.

He isn’t bothered to share his food with strangers.

Sometimes he comes close, I admire his feathers and long nose which, I rather not dream of having.

He isn’t bothered why I wore shades in shade.

He has no words, still what he describes about his small lake is clear. He thinks the lake is eternal.

He has no instagram, neither does he have friends nor he’s bothered to ask what time it is.

He isn’t bothered to ask why I shaved my beard.

When asked why he’s not bothered about all these

He replied

“I’ve no ducks to give”.
